Position Description - (Senior) Recruiter, Greater China


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for China and provide a high-touch, consultative, and highly-tailored recruiting strategy and service for all hiring needs.
·Responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the recruiting process.
·Develop and provide recruiting, staffing and employment services.
·Ensure that staffing initiatives are met and are consistent with the overall business direction.
·Develop drives and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates.
·Able to organize, plan, implement and report on project.
·Recruiting vendor management.

REQUIRMENT:

·The position typically requires a university degree.
·At least 5 years recruiting experience.
·Good human relations and effective communications skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside of department.
·The ability to maintain confidentiality is essentiah.
·Working experience with retail, FMCG companies will be preferred.
·Fluent English and good communication skills.
