·Develop commercial plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve sales objectives.
·Controls and directs the activities of the commercial business. Develops both the short-term and long-range commercial plans and organizational strategy to meet company's financial and strategic objectives.
·Manage all integrated sales functions, including product sales, channel & retail management, account managements.
·Builds relationships with key customers and prospects through the understanding of individual customer needs and requirements. Identifies appropriate sales distribution and enlarge company own-retail business for growth purpose.
·Work closely with China Marketing Director and APAC Regional Marketing Team to determine and executes marketing strategy to convert opportunities into profitable growth.
·Work closely with China Category Directors and APAC Regional Category Team for appropriate product /category and volume to import consistent with local market and required inventory.
·Work closely with Strategy Director to ensure the brand's sustainable growth.
·Achieves the set budgets and targets by driving sales through own efforts and by instilling a sales and service orientation to staff. Understands strategic objectives and translates them into business goals with achievable objectives. Conveys strong leadership attributes to and builds strong teamwork throughout organization.
·Recruiting, managing performance, retaining and developing key reports. Build a multi-skilled commercial team that both represents the core values and fits the culture of corporate office. Align with Human Resources to ensure continuous improvement and career development of team members.
·Proven strong leadership capabilities.
·Bachelor degree required. Master's degree in business a plus.
·A senior leadership professional with 15+ year experience in strategic development, sales and marketing of B2C business (Consumer, Retail, Fashion) in China with MNC.
·Commercial Leader with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
·Previous Commercial Leader or brand building experience highly desirable, with knowledge of the China market required.
·Exceptional communications, presentations and influencing skills.
·Initiative must be able to multi-tasks and high affinity to details.
·Fluent in English and Mandarin.
·High degree of integrity and loyalty.
