·Responsible for developing and maintaining key customers mainly from Plastic & Rubber industries.
·Strategic business development (target market analysis competitor analysis, coupling customer applications with company technologies, business plan, portfolio management, market price strategy, sector marketing, integration of area sales, sector related controlling).
·Development of services from the perspective of the market.
·Target agreement process.
·Decision documents strategic investment/budget planning and BD strategy.
·Special Account Management for large customers.
–The applicant should have at least 8 years of sales experience, and at least 5 years of which for Plastic & Rubber industry, with proven success, in selling technical product to Plastic & Rubber manufacturers in China Region.
–The applicant should be very familiar with most of major Plastic & Rubber manufacturers’ plants.
–The applicant should possess very good understanding of sales process.
–Good interpersonal skills to deal with decision making level customers.
–Must have Automation, Engineering or Science Bachelor Degree.
–Have good sense of responsibility toward achieving assigned goal and customer satisfaction, and can take necessary and enough action for realizing these goal.
–Good presentation, communication and listening skills.
–Knowledge of using PC and PC networking is essential.
–Good English is a MUST.
