Position Description -Sales Head–North China


·Overall responsibilities for Sales, Marketing, Call Centres, Technical supporting and Operations in North China.
·Develops business plan and strategies for North China.
·Controls the development and sales to achieve business target, customer growth, segments increase and profitability targets.
·Establishes short, medium and long-term business objectives.
·Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of all operations to ensure that established objectives are met.
·Establishes sales related budgets and controls expense of the North China.
·Manages and maintains a balanced organization possessing the necessary flexibility, skills and structures to support short, medium and long-term requirements.
·Motivating team and conducting recruitment, performance management and disciplinary interviews as appropriate.
·Complete management reports and necessary.


·University graduates or above, major in marketing /Electronic/Electrical, MBA holder is ideal.
·10 Years of managerial experience in Electronic Industry. Has solid experience in Sales /Marketing.
·People Management.
