Preparation and Planning Stage

Upon receiving the initial briefing from the client, our consultants carry out a case study which usually involves visiting the clients offices and meeting with key hiring executives to discuss the business environment, culture, priorities and other issues that may affect the position.

Position Specification

Based on original position documents from client, we draft and submit a position and candidate specification. The document describes in detail the company, the role, responsibilities, goals and key challenges of the position. It also summarizes the experience, qualifications and competencies (a unique combination of proven skills, knowledge, abilities and attitudes) from the basis of our assessment of potential candidates throughout the search progress.

Search Strategy

Next step is defining the universe of target companies by industry, competition, product type and geographic location, identification and long-listing of all information sources.

Map and Field Search

We continue our targeted research into companies and sectors to find those best qualified for the role. In the meantime, we approach potential candidates on an informed basis. Once we determine that an individual is both qualified for and interested in the role, we meet in person for further evaluation.

Candidate Screen And Shortlist

We conduct a rigorous competency-based interview with potential candidates. Each candidate is assessed and validated against the position specification and a report and recommendation are prepared for the client with our assessment of each candidate’s fit against the specification.
After first screening and evaluation of potential candidates, a shortlist of 3-4 most qualified candidates is made and detailed background reports are submitted to our clients.

Client Interview And Reference Check

Client and candidates mutually explore their suitability and interest levels. After the client has selected their preferred candidate, our consultants conduct thorough reference check to further measure and assess competencies, strengths and weaknesses, and to provide our client with external views of the individual.

Offer And Negotiations

When an offer is made to a candidate, our consultants are available to participate in any negotiations to make the process smooth for both client and candidate. Of course, unsuccessful candidates are promptly and courteously informed.

Placement Follow-up

We retain our interest and availability to the client and successful placement to help with the integration in whatever way we can.
