Role Purpose: ● The main purpose of this role is to support continuous and focused improvement activities via applying lean tools and problem-solving techniques. Coordinate and organize kaizen and continuous improvement culture publicity & building activities in workshop. Scope: CI Coordinator of Reckitt TaiCang factory, which is to support CI activities of whole site. Accountabilities: 1. Work with cross functional team to deliver Continuous Improvement targets. 2. Identify/suggest improvement opportunities and support implementation of Kaizen projects in the shop floor. 3. Identity training needs and support implementation of related training courses to deliver CI training targets. 4. Coordinate and support site 5S activities. 5. Track, participate, and report implementation of CI projects. Organize publicity document for CI culture promotion. Skills & Experience required: ● 3 years working experience as an engineer in manufacturing environment. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing techniques, and problem-solving skills ● Stronger execution skill on AM, PM and Digitalization. ● Familiar with ISO9000 Quality System and GMP ● Good English writing / speaking are required. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional qualifications required: ● B.S degree or above in Engineering or management related fields ● Strong Responsibility and target implementation capability. ● Written and Verbal fluency in English is essential. ● Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project.
